Online Orders

All orders placed online for replica kits or other purchasable items are processed through PayPal.

PayPal accept many different types of credit and debit cards - which are available to view upon checkout.

Payment is also accepted on a "cash on collection" basis.

Team Wear Orders

Any orders for Team Wear can be paid by cash or cheque on collection of goods - or before dispatch by courier.

Please contact us if you would like to discuss any alternative payment methods.

Delivery and Returns

Online Orders

All replica products (St Johnstone, Queen Of The South and Valencia) are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Items ordered out with the replica stores (St Johnstone, Queen Of The South and Valencia)  is not stocked by TTL and has to be ordered in from joma. Please allow up to 14  days for delivery.

Delivery is made by our courier partner, UPS, who will provide a consignment number and online service to track the progress of your item's delivery.

A signature is required to receive the goods and, if no one is available to sign for then, the will be returned to your local UPS depot where you can contact them directly to arrange collection or re-delivery.

All orders up to the weight of 30kg are at a flat rate of £5.95.

Team Wear Orders

Our Team Wear ordering service is bespoke and we will arrange with you the most suitable method of delivery or collection for your items.

Returns

Returns are only permitted if goods which have been delivered are in a state not suitable for purpose, or faulty.

To arrange a return, please contact us directly. Please do not return any items without contacting us.

Any claim for return must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase to quality for a full refund or exchange.

If the returned goods are deemed faulty and no replacement can be offered, a full refund of the items ordered will be issued. p&p will not be refunded.
